Presenting Himalayan Art SAF Nepal Chairman, Mr Nishchal Pandey, presenting the ‘Himalayan Art’ to Former Secretary General of ASEAN H.E. Rodolfo Certeza Severino. He is a former diplomat of The Philippines and was the ASEAN Secretary General from 1998-2002.
