A brief introduction to the New Vice Chairperson, SAF- Afghanistan

Mr. Arefi has been appointed as the Vice Chairperson of SAF-Afghanistan prior to this, Mr Arefi has been working as the Secretary, SAF- Afghanistan for over 10 years.  For his works at The Kabul Times and Cultural activities at SAF-Afghanistan, he has been honored by Afghan parliament, media advocate Institutions, Ministry of Information and Culture of Afghanistan as well as civil and Diplomatic Missions, including SAARC Association.

Mr Hamidullah Arefi is the Editor-in-Chief of the first state-run English newspaper in Afghanistan, The Kabul Times daily, Board member for Afghan-Korea Alumni Association as well as advocate for girls' education in Afghanistan.

His Education background includes a Master’s Degree in public Administrations, Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and a Diploma in Journalism.
