Lecture by Dr. Pratap Bhanu Mehta at UMIKS

Dr. Pratap Bhanu Mehta an Indian academic, is the president of the Centre for Policy Research, a New Delhi-based India’s most distinguished think tank. Dr. Mehta was invited to UNESCO Madanjeet Singh Institute of Kashmir Studies this week and he delivered a lecture on “Embattled Liberalism in South Asia”.
