31st SAARC Charter Day Celebrated at UNESCO Madanjeet Singh Institute of Kashmir Studies (UMIKS)

Kashmir University’s UNESCO-Madanjeet Singh Institute of Kashmir Studies on Tuesday observed the 31st SAARC Charter Day. A program titled ‘SAARC: Expectations and Experiences’ was held to mark the Day. In his keynote address, Director of the Institute, Prof Gull Wani hailed the resumption of Indo-Pak dialogue process and hoped that the two countries will remain constructively engaged.
