Madam France Marquet Honoured at ICEWSE 2025, Meets Faculty from UMSGET & UMCSAWM

Madam France Marquet, Principal Trustee of Madanjeet Singh Foundation and SAF Representative to UNESCO, attended the First International Conference on Energy and Water for Sustainable Environment (ICEWSE 2025) as Guest of Honour. She congratulated Pondicherry University for organizing this landmark first-ever collaboration between UMSGET, India, and UMCSAWM, Sri Lanka.

During the event, Madam France also met with all faculty members from both institutions who contributed to this prestigious conference, celebrating their dedication to advancing sustainable energy and water solutions.

The two-day international conference, jointly organized under the guidance of the respective UNESCO Chairs, provided a platform for global experts, policymakers, and young scholars to discuss innovative solutions in renewable energy and water management for a sustainable environment.
