Radicle Art Gallery is pleased to present Topography: Undefined Landscape, a compelling solo exhibition by Rinoshan Susiman, inviting audiences to explore the intricate intersections of body, memory, identity, and place.
Through richly textured mixed-media works, Susiman transforms the subtle impressions left on blankets and bed sheets into symbolic landscapes. These intimate traces evolve into visual maps that examine the connections between personal memory and collective history. Drawing inspiration from cartography, territorial boundaries, and the colours of the Sri Lankan national flag, the exhibition reflects on how notions of nationhood, power, and belonging become deeply embedded within domestic spaces and lived experiences.
Topography: Undefined Landscape offers a thought-provoking meditation on the unseen forces that shape both our physical bodies and the landscapes we inhabit, encouraging viewers to reconsider the relationship between the personal and the political.
