Applications fully paid 16 Scholarships at UNESCO Madanjeet Centre for South Asia Water Management (UMCSAWM) 2022-24 Batch

Applications are invited for the above course offered by the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. The programme will be conducted in collaboration with South Asia Foundation (SAF) at the UNESCO Madanjeet Centre for South Asia Water Management (UMCSAWM), University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka established to conduct Masters degree programs and short term training reaching international status.

The postgraduate degree course scheduled to commence in March 2022 is for both local and international engineering professionals who wish to obtain a postgraduate degree/diploma in Water Resources Engineering and Management. Aim of the course is to provide a specialist training with a firm grounding in the principles, techniques, issues and practice of Water Engineering to practicing engineers, while covering Watershed and water resources management, Water pollution, treatment and waste disposal, GIS, Remote sensing, and
Environmental assessments, etc.

The South Asia Foundation (SAF) will offer (16) SAF Madanjeet Singh scholarships (based on country quota and gender equality) for the two-year (full-time) Master of Science Degree in Water Resources Engineering and Management programme offered by the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
