The programme will be conducted in collaboration with South Asia Foundation (SAF) at the UNESCO Madanjeet Centre for South Asia Water Management (UMCSAWM), University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka established to conduct Masters degree programs and short term training reaching international status.
