Applications are invited for the above course offered by the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. The programme will be conducted in collaboration with South Asia Foundation (SAF) at the UNESCO Madanjeet Centre for South Asia Water Management (UMCSAWM), University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka established to conduct Masters degree programs and short term training reaching international status.
